Très bonne appli fiable
After I granted it my location access, the app still shows weather for Berlin. Once it managed to show... London - probably because I have my iPhone language set to English UK. So, as you can see this app does not need a location access at all. I certainly wont buy the pro version.
I find WeatherPro to be accurate, has a simple interface, and is easy to use.
